I think a Warriors type game in a League setting would be cool, pretty much everyone has attacks you could turn into basic/combo moves and the enemies could just be generic soldiers from each of the regions with named characters as enemy "officers"

it would've actually made more sense if the new "big bad" in post war ionia was syndra waking up from her sleep and her powers partially being of interest to leblanc rather than the demon stuff on xin

that's the point your team was decent while the enemies weren't, like for someone to get their late game or atleast a decent game they need a decent team thesedays which is why i said it's very team dependent, back then the games were messy but still doable, however to be honest the players were also a bit ill informed about how the game should've been played out to maximise their advantage, like they'd kill eveyone in the enemy team then decide to go baron instead of the inhib and end game but by the time they finish baron the enemy team would've already spawned and reverse sweeped them in the pit and thus ending the game, etc.

I don't think LeBlanc should be involved in Syndra's story, first because that bitch is already in way too many stories and she's behind like half the fucking "experiment gone wrong" cases in Runeterra and it gets fucking boring and repetitive and also paints LeBlanc as possibly the most incompetent villain in the entire setting, but also because Syndra's story point was supposed to be proof that Ionia and it's elders aren't always the wisest and most correct people. They had in their hands a case of a girl born with immense power and once the elder failed to actually teach her he instead tried to lobotomize her and then keep her locked up her entire life. Literally the whole point of why Demacia was wrong. Then once she got woken up again she found out the only reason the ionians did wake her up was because they were divided between enslaving her and sending her to win their wars for them, or just killing her on the spot.

This is a technique Riot uses to keep the game feeling fresh without actually releasing 30 new maps every month.
They make half the roaster bad for a few months
Then when players get bored of those champs they nerf the strong side and buff the weak side and its like 80 new champions just came out overnight and its fresh again.
