hitting speed cap is overrated. having a higher acceleration from power is more important, you reach higher velocity faster than the others and gain more distance, by the time they reach their supposed 1.2k speed you're already by the finishing line.

Get your Taishin leveled up and throw Special Chud in there. The other anon had Vodka so he can more easily run a medium build centered around power.
If you're doing long first then focus on hitting stamina cap and about 900 speed in your runs and she'll be a monster in PVP.

You might claim it's guts difference. The difference between 300 and 350 Guts is 1.47x stamina use in late phase vs 1.44x, and if the +400 invisible stats from career also affects guts, the difference is even smaller. 1.31x vs 1.3x.
