i think the way they'd have to do it is do something like a bundle for each race including a new mount, a few transmog sets, and some housing stuff for $50 each, and then a megapack including all of them is $500 (a discount over buying each one individually)

Reshi wraps are able to be grabbed from a new quest on all alts as soon as you go to new zone. Campaign you have to talk to an npc to optionally skip, but depending on the alt it can be worth doing since it's a pretty quick way to get gear to a good starting point for the patch.
