I have hopium for TES6.
Starfield, for all its faults, is an attempt at Bethesda to go back to more traditional RPG. It failed because its fucking boring, but the writing in a vacuum is still better than Fallout 4's. Oblivion remaster was likely an attempt to see how a modern audience would react to a TES game that goes back to pre-Skyrim mechanics, and it got a very positive reaction outside performance.
My only fear is factions will be shit again, but I hope Skyrim's got enough backlash that Todd will put more effort into them.
