I got the gist after watching a video and went with a similar strategy. Basically:
>Bring AOE's for the first 7 teams and spam their NP's to rack up buffs. You can mostly attack the main body to chip away at her even while the horns are up, but use your judgement.
>First position should generally be a class with type resistance (saber, ruler, avenger), since Olga does more damage to the ones closer to her.
>Try to have a dodge/invuln option on most teams except the first, to survive her NP. If she kills your team she regains like 500k HP or something.
>The last 3 teams can focus on buffing your strongest ST attackers of each card color (with offensive type advantage, i.e. lancer, caster, moon cancer) and protecting them long enough to hammer on Olga a bit. It's feasible to ignore the horns by this stage; hopefully she's down to 1-2 bars. Her damage will also be buffed higher though, and she gets 4 moves per turn, so even defensive type resistance doesn't last long. Ciel is supposed to be ideal for the last stand.
