You can run every 3rd party modding tool (synthesis, bodyslide, pgpatcher, xedit, etc) with MO2, you just need to set up directory arguments correctly (ie, "Z:\home\you\games\sse\")

ENB works, ENB framegen works, you don't need to set linuxmode in enblocal (it improves performance in my experience, but won't work with parallax)

Is not a looker, but is not the worst I've seen the game either. Pretty comfy to play on the bed, no mods but that's life. Haven't played Vanilla in so long it might as well feel like a new experience.
