You know what? Fuck it. Judge my old dogshit work for yourself. This was from a pretty long time ago, so plenty of lines are awkward and shitty to read because I knew even less than I do now, and it was my first and so far only project (at least, the only one that got anywhere near this far).

there's only several who are mentioned, and AW/MW were also vastly trimmed down compared to their beta maps and have very clear signs of having been rewritten when you compare them with each other (such as MW!San Ilia originally having been destroyed and replaced with a giant pit; completely contrary to how it's presented in the final version instead). I don't think they had anywhere near as close a rewrite as the final route, but they did undeniably get changed.
I think there were several beings who were always planned to show up, they just weren't going to be put into a group called "calamities" and be used to pad out the overworld. Koron and Angolmois for example have minor references to them as far back as Part 2. Koron is the only one who is truly developed, however, as Angolmois is quickly and unceremoniously killed off (by Koron). I think there are several of the final calamities who were always going to be around, but the original version was probably going to focus more on the Apostles, as they barely do anything in the final route besides Aprio Lagos.

I think DI. and World Drown weren't originally supposed to exist, and were added in as part of the rewrites, which is why the Banshees contradict/retcon some of the prior Mermaid lore.
For the record however, I do not believe that them being included as part of a rewrite means that they are bad. DI. is part of what caused Hiruko to become so memorable and impactful, and World Drown is absolutely fucking incredible and easily one of the best out of all of the Calamities. I just don't think she was planned from the start, or even mid-way, judging from the datamining and other things.

My main point though again is that there were always going to be very dangerous powerful individuals in the final path, they just were not going to be lumped together under the nebulous group of "calamities" and then have almost all of the route center around them. Also given most of the calamity stuff gets hinted at in camps/lore-dump moments it really wouldn't have been that hard to go back in and add minor hints towards them. Some of the Calamities are also just repurposed girls.
Baal Zebub is the most obvious example, because she was supposed to have her own dedicated plotline that revolved around her which got cut out before the end. Hive Mind was probably going to be Abaddon or something else xelvy-created originally, but Baal Zebub ended up being repurposed to fill the role instead, leading to the BZ/HM we have now. NLK was also hinted at in Part 2, but "Dragonbone" seems to have been a reused asset for her, with the Shirome that was going to go with her being unused as far as I'm aware. Echidna and Cosmos are also examples of cut or repurposed girls being turned into Calamities (the latter was originally "Queen Moth").

Demiurge was almost certainly always there too.

Whether if Alice I had used the DI to create her or not was always the plan is hard to say. Wormiel being also part-DI wouldn't really be a hard thing to add in, either, and prior to the DI I just assumed Wormiel was part-Hiruko to be honest.

You should just be able to use them at any point; I've been able to at least.
The thing is each of the EOs still takes up a deployment slot. So if you've already laid out a full team of seven girls and hit the limit, then you can't deploy them until one of them is removed. They're best used to fill in for a period when someone goes down or you call them back for one reason or another.
Up to two of Ossevia's lil' baby ants do not count against the deploy limit however so you can have two out at all times just gathering resources for you. Three or more though and they'll start to count. So that's probably why.

The defense nerf was crippling for them but I'll note that 3 and 5 are problems caused by Echidna, and 2 arguably is the biggest one because putting aside all of their Physical/Pleasure Skills, Lamias actually do have a specific element that they happen to learn a lot of skills associated with. And it's Holy (ironically to what most would've probably expected but it fits in their context) because of the Lamia Saint and Snake Miko learning numerous supportive dance and white magic skills as well as many various different holy-damaging attacks, including holy demon arts, holy dances, a holy flail skill even. So if trtr didn't feel the need to force something Physical/Carnage or Holy/Eternal would've been fine to tie them too. The former probably fits more, but there is a perfectly logical precedent for the latter.
The problem is Echidna completely torpedoes trying to theme the race around both of them and she can't even really theme it around flails either because his attempt to railroad her into being something she very clearly isn't led to the final race's identity being all over the place. Worse though it also lost a lot of the Lamia Saint/Miko thematic as well; those two might as well not even exist anymore and the final dance it does learn is pure fucking garbage. They don't even get any white magic anymore. They have a couple of eternal skills but they're absolutely atrocious. The Race has no idea what it wants to actually focus on, and so it focuses on nothing at all.

As an aside, I forgot to mention this during the original Data-Mining string of posts I went on, so while I'm still thinking about it I thought I'd share this too since this concerns my favorite Girls; the Harpy Tribe.

In the larger Beta Version of the MW Map that can be found in the Demo, one of the many differences is the Ilian Continent is intact, and on it you can actually find both Happiness/Harpy Village and the Harpy Tower, before the Ilian Continent was vastly trimmed down and they among other places were removed. Finoa was also a normal town and lacked the giant Harpy Tree. In addition to this, something I also strongly remember was that also found in the demo files was data about a "chaos harpy village event", as well as several other "chaos x" events.

What makes this stand out to me (besides the fact that I love Harpies and am very invested in them) is that using this data, one can conclusively deduce that the entirety of Lucretia's Personal Story was not only among the very first things that trtr had finished, but it also went almost completely unchanged beyond the surrounding enemies. In fact, when taking this information into account, all but one of the plot holes that do exist in Lucretia's Story suddenly make sense: he finished it before the rewrites, and what happens was written with the original context in mind, such as:

>Reflestia appears less reasonable due to Kanade not factoring into the plot, as she's just continuing to prolong a war no one wants to take part in purely out of pride

That being said though, I do think Lucretia and the Harpy Village being almost completely unchanged and finished so early on does do one other thing: it helps give an idea for the development cycle of the final route. Losing a lot of party members and having to go back around to regather them after repairing the Pocket Castle seems to have always been planned to happen, as was the threat of powerful characters putting pressure on the lives of everyone in the world at large, and the union was never going to be resolved or undone. Maybe the purple spunk would've been cleaned up originally at least, but that might've just been a time issue more than anything else.
I have no idea if Ol' Squiddy and the Elder Gang were always going to show up though. If he changed the enemies for the MW!Harpy Village and also moved it to Finoa, he could've easily changed the enemies for what happened later on, as the identity of the opponents wasn't really what was important in the final part. I cannot remember if Port Natalia also had data for a chaos event in the demo as well. But if it did, then the enemies probably were placeholders of squidhead's associates until he could get Cthulhu finished, and by proxy that'd also mean Cthulhu would've also always been planned as well. Given trtr seems to be a really big fan of Lovecraft and plans to have their next project focus on it iirc that'd make perfect sense anyways. From the original information about the races, Dark Phoenix seems to also have been planned or at least was being conceptualized around the time of the demo as well.
I am curious if the Apostles were originally going to take more of a leading role and be center stage in the final route or if they were always going to be pushed to the side besides Aprio Lagos as is what happened in the end.

To be fair anon that's almost exactly how I did my very first playthrough of Paradox in the first place, right down to "the Girls I loved and got attached to the most were the ones who had joined me right away". I just hadn't considered the idea of expanding that into a full new run in-of itself and adding on the caveat of "anyone who doesn't join first try can't come either".
Although I think I would view it more as "My true companions and love interest are the Girls who trusted me the most to join me on my quest" rather than "and also everyone who didn't join is dead because we killed them". Maybe I'm soft, but I'd feel pretty bad. The reason I never managed to finish my own attempt at a Nuzlocke run is because I felt bad, honestly.

Certain moments do feel really special when the Monster Girl decides to join you immediately too.
Every time I've ever started an adventure, Reina ALWAYS joins my Party right at the start at the entrance of the Tower, and then she flies off to give all the other Harpies the medicine before coming back around to help out in the fights. I think that combined with Lucretia's assistant being the only Harpy from the original village (in parts 1 and 2) who actually has the same sprite and portrait as the OG Harpy led to me either thinking she was Reina or at least related to her at first. Either way, it's definitely played a part in how she endeared herself so well into my heart. There's a few other similar cases that I still remember, though not as much as her. I think in general the Girls on my original team I still have that I always seem to come back to were where this was the case. So maybe I should do that too then!

Yes. Also, apparently the current villain is an extra-dimensional lifeform that's extremely interested with and fascinated by the three protagonists, and took on their forms in order to try and understand the true nature of their powers and what it means for them to be heroes.

Another extra-dimensional being who is trying to assist the three determines that it's been analyzing their memories/bodies/abilities and the event ends after they suddenly realize that the being's ultimate goal wasn't to defeat them here, but to obtain their powers so it could combine them together and "transform into the strongest hero in all dimensions".

Essentially we're fighting Ideas Lukas except instead of Luka/Marcellus/Heinrich it's Lil' Shota/Prince/Japanese Warlord and it also lacks the daddy issues.

The real problem with pregnancy wouldn't be programming it, it would be all the content it implies. You have to add alterations to scenes to take into account the character being pregnant, you have to add a sprite of the character pregnant and in if you want to be thorough then it would be multiple variations with different belly sizes, you then have to add content for the kids to not make the kids into just a number in stats menu. And once you add pregnancy and kids to one character, it's going to make the lack of it on the rest a problem. Once you can have kids with Kotone, people will have a precetend to ask for kids with Kaia or Kyra, and they would be right to complain if others' waifu can get impregnated by the MC but not theirs.
As it is, the game already is bad at putting out content for its existing cast, adding pregnancy to it would just make the problem worse, and I doubt there would be enough dedicated volunteers to make it. I could see it being a thing in an epilogue at most, if the game ever gets that far.

Exact same principle as for skill types. Mod respects "Display Skill Types" setting, so when it's on "Hide", hidden individual skills won't be displayed, and when it's on "Show all", hidden individual skills would be displayed just like skill types.
Affects autobattle and berserk, hidden individual skills won't be utilized in auto-battle, berserk. Though, has separate setting, in mod file (Auto_Battler = true), to make mod not affect auto battle/berserk.

To be fair to that anon, I do think a lot of people would like to or want to punish Lucifina in some way, but I also think her comically high body count would only be part of the reasons why and it would mostly be because of her extreme hypocrisy and double-standards and wanting to stick it to her for trying to control your love life.

I can't really blame her for being so unhinged and insane, despite the awful things she has done and continued to do afterwards. That kind of pain is really not something most people could relate to and it's definitely something no one should have to go through. fug, Status menu in main menu is unreliable. Team boosts are fixed now and count back row members too. I thought that reports about it were wrong because i've been checking just through status menu. More thorough checking for stats in combat showed that "when X in party" boosts applied only for if char in front row, and not back row.
