I'm only a 1600 shitter but I learned you can double tap smp at whiff punish ranges and it will OS into the target combo if it does punish something. Also smk is surprisingly good to buffer either m rhino horn or or drive rush behind since it has a really good hitbox and short recovery. The more I play her the worse I think her whiff punishing actually is, I don't see any of her buttons being better than the shoto shp, like her cmp is just a worse button overall than Ryu's shp, maybe a pixel more range but worse damage, conversions and even recovery.
