If I'm understanding you correctly that's part of the point of modern circle tekua games. The enemy attacks you during the RPG battles by playing a paizuri animation or a footstomp animation or whatever. Those are attacks, not H scenes (which use similar animations but with text.) I guess that's what you're talking about? The animations will also change to be blushing/tongue out/etc. when the opponent is low HP and stuff.
Your own attacks are also sex themed but they don't have animations.

The problem with draw in this game is that it's only one use. The 3 use skills are exponentially more useful since you can use them multiple times. Hell, creation has 9 use which makes it the best excess mana dump in the game as it's essentially draw 1 for 15 mana.
Monotone is good because it lets you play out your entire hand without worry and usually gives you several draws ontop of that. Finally, duplication is good because you can dupe special cards for challenges.

So say you have everything but the genitals looking good, without redoing the entire image it will focus on those parts and remake them endlessly till you're happy with the result.
