I'm F2P I had to spark that Kitasan and even though I could dig for MLB Super Creek to borrow, I just think this guy on my friend's list is chill and sometimes you still get huge 4 speed stacks during summer to get 80 speed and 45ish power. And this was with jank sparks on my own time (1* speed, 2* speed and 2* stamina on one side, 2* star speed, 2* power and 2* stamina on the other)

It's reliable recovery. In sprint/mile you don't need it, and in med/long it will always proc on the 4th from last corner, so if there's 8 corners it procs on the 5th. if there's 6 it procs on the 3rd.
It barely scales. Most of the stats on it don't rise much from 1 to 5 copies, so LB0 is perfectly fine. LB1 adds stamina training bonus but isn't necessary. LB3/4 adds/increases starting friendship. MLB is absolutely still better, but it's a rare case of 0LB still being abnormally potent. typically stamina inherits + creek is all the stam you need, even for longs.
