It barely scales. Most of the stats on it don't rise much from 1 to 5 copies, so LB0 is perfectly fine. LB1 adds stamina training bonus but isn't necessary. LB3/4 adds/increases starting friendship. MLB is absolutely still better, but it's a rare case of 0LB still being abnormally potent. typically stamina inherits + creek is all the stam you need, even for longs.

if you're running concentration, bourbon's unique is good to see if you can inherit as well. the conditions are basically "stay in the lead and don't get late/rushed", which afaik concentration makes late impossible, and rushed is like a 20% chance per match with typical wit. Almost every other unique requires being tied, behind, or passing. Hers just requires not getting a black popup red exclamation mark. I guess Daiwa's could be good too, but for a medium it's kinda just another Fast Paced / weaker Escape Artist.

As far as I'm aware, starting gate always gives a random delay from 0 to 1, and anything 0.8 or more is flagged as a late start, so you can roll a 0.79 delay and be totally fucked without it directly saying you're fucked. I thought Focus dropped the high end from 1 to .9, cutting late odds in half, and Conc dropped the high end to 0.6, making 0.8 impossible.
It may be that Conc can stop the delay but the effect is still counted.
Maybe it's 10/40% reduction of the late start window so instead of .8 to 1 its now .8 to .98 and .8 to .92
Maybe it squishes the range so with Focus it's 0-.9 with late being 0.72-0.9, and Conc squishes it to 0-.6, with late being 0.48-.06
I have lots of ideas but no idea how it actually works.

Any resource spent on the first year of a gacha is an absolute waste. If you already have mlb kitasan you simply dont have to roll and just use sr tickets. You need to save up to 3 sparks to mlb just ONE SS tier mlb ssr. And with acceleration going on we are effectively on 30% less resource. So its obvious we need to skip the first year entirely.

The top ~50k players are promoted from 5 to 6 each week, and all but the top ~15k get demoted at the same time, so there's some number of players caught in the gravity well that can easily qualify for 6 promotion but are incapable of retaining 6 and get yoyo'd back up and down with each week.
It was a bit of a shock barely qualifying for 6 with 450k and then the next week class 5s only needed like 400k to qualify, broke my mind a bit, until i realized the top class 5 scorers had just been removed from class 5, leaving the new top earners notably lower quality.
Over time it should balance out as the rebounding margin slims.
