All they'd need to do is force you to actually use the class skill he steals so if you want the relocate from him you could only run Nighthound. That way you have two relocates on demand with him but his application would be dead since no one runs Nighthound for anything

This comic is playing on a silly “mystery” setup with an absurd reveal.

At first, we see Meg and Marippe happily playing in the sea together in swimsuits. Then, during a patrol, a character named Jin warns them about a strange phenomenon in the area: fish have been disappearing, so they should be careful. This sets up the expectation that there’s some kind of dangerous sea creature or supernatural cause.

When the waves splash, a fish suddenly appears between Meg’s chest. It gets stuck there, and we see it gradually slide in between the two women as they stand close together. The “disappearance” is explained when the fish completely vanishes from sight—because it’s wedged snugly between their large breasts. Not really used at all, other than some gimmicky Eresh FAs. His kit is almost designed to work with Eresh for longer fights, since he's the only character who can get gauge in those comps.
