I played thru turtle 1-60 a few months ago, it was fun but got harder to find groups after deadmines. everyone already has a lvl 60 and raidlogs. can be good if you want to just get carried thru endgame raids and vacuum unwanted loot but I missed the sense of the servers progression as a whole. Epoch will be the superior experience because of that for me. Will be easy to find quest&dungeon groups as the whole server is leveling and I get to play thru endgame without feeling like I'm just catching up on what everyone else already did 5 years ago. Unseen stuff to find and figure out on epoch will be cool too.

I'm worried that Epoch is going to be a ghost town under level 60 after a month, just a raidlog server. The challenge modes don't offer incentive enough to level a steady stream of alts to keep the server alive as others do.

i actually shilled ascension constantly i called them the best technological server bar none and their only rival is maybe turtle if their ue5 drop lets them code unique mechanics.
Also bronzebeard isn't classic + at all.
that's one thing i'l say about ascension despite being the best pserver it really is a server for people who just don't want to pay for retail.
