Pallet command at most fillers + landing the chain is usually a guaranteed hit. If you're accurate enough with instant blinks it is just barely useful enough to chain them while shift+w considering you stand still. If you have any chain travel time while they shift+w you don't really gain distance. His strength is that he either pushes one person to the box or fucks everyone off of their objectives for a time. I agree that their handling of the streetwise killswitch was pants on head retarded but that's just the company being dumb. The game is about as playable as it always is, even if they did instantly gut fog vials and make clown braindead. I see last stand and conviction about as much as I see shoulder the burden (never) and I'm sure BHVR will still give in to the pressure and gut them shortly anyway. Unknown's perks are pretty much useless for Sadako.
Knight's nowhere to hide or face the darkness could be decent but the former requires kicking which is not a priority for Sadako and the latter is not that strong either. They both help locating survivors, but if you use the iri remote addon you don't need any detection perks besides maybe lethal pursuer.
Blight has undying which pretty much enables the hex build, especially if you don't have pentimento. Blood favor works well on an M1 killer too, especially after a projection dash hit. Dragon's grip can be fun too if you play around it and teleport to recently tapped gens but that also requires kicking and easy to counterplay once survivors catch on.

selfish builds are just as (if not more) effective as "soloq builds" in soloq
resi means you chase better and are more effective doing gens while injured, both very good for increasing your team's chance at success
sprint burst means you can get away with staying injured more often (and is incredibly useful in long chases)
hope+adrenaline means that if the killer commits onto you, you will be able to escape the final chase or otherwise make plays in the endgame to secure as many people out as possible. not that that matters technically but it's the most fulfilling way to play imo
