I play Luna Snow exclusively because I have AGP.

When should I prioritize using my Ult as Rocket? I try to use it when the whole team needs healing I can't keep up with (ult gives bonus shields) or when I see a teammate about to use ultimate that would benefit from damage boost. I'll also use it into an enemy's CnD's ult but I don't know if this is right? I rarely use it defensively against DPS ults the burst damage is usually too much for the bonus shields anyway.

Doubtful, it#s more likely they have a schedule laid out with heroes to align with their "story", seasons and shit. If you reshuffled the order or scrapped certain heroes it would affect every other department.

A realistic estimate for how long you'd want is about 4-5 months total, ideally 6.
1 month relase buffer minimum to iron out kinks and bugs, 1-2 months for all the art (vfx, model, rigging, animations), 2-4 months for design ideas, prototyping, iteration and polish.

I'm speaking from experience working on various games, some of them at Hi-rez.
For hero games, the design period is the one you want more time on. To come up with ideas, prototype them, playtest them internally, iterate and change stuff (often removing or changing skills entirely) and so on.
Some designers are better or faster than others. Both in terms of seniority and also just how good they are at designing kits.

All of these Phoenix/Symbiote skins look ugly as fuck.

There is no standard. It's a combination of preference and how fast a company wants to release new heroes.
More time is always better, since it will make the hero kit much better designed.

This is factoring in overlaps, i.e.

Why are total blowouts so common in ranked in this game? I commonly see really violent blowouts. Like teams not getting above 10 kills total throughout the whole match. It can be both sides too. Like sometimes I am on that team that wins via violent blowout.

None of the adam players are actually good, I think its been about a week or more since I've seen an adam warlock who was fragging consistently in one of my lobbies.

What he does best DPS, and even that role is basically taken over by Ultron. Pointless hero. Give him another broken cooldown support cooldown, and he might be better. The reality is that Support doesn't matter at fucking all until you run into equally good teams. If your DPS/Tanks are good they can wipe the enemy with minimal healing coming out. If the enemy team is good too then you have to start doing the little dancey-dance until someone gets a pick or whatever.

You probably feel like you're melting because the toggle is still active during parry, you need to both parry AND toggle it off.

I've given up on arguing with people about EOMM. It's amazing how people fold to companies comments now. A Chinese fucking company. CHINESE. They didn't even acknowledge the bots in QP. Nerfing Stacks will help alot, since there are alot of boosted shitters in higher ranks thanks to "friends". Also 7-rank drop is too severe, no one going to plateau their skill level when ranks are getting reset 6 times a year. No Placement matches too. The game is a fucking mess. EOMM is just easy to complain about but there are much larger issues.

I think you're supposed to play him very similar to hazard from overwatch where you dip in and out of your own frontline/backline chipping away at targets from off angles as well if you're safe enough and so is your team. Until you spot someone ready to die and you dash into them.

However the difference between Hazard and Blade is that blade has a clunky awkward gun that punishes you for getting too close and when you get to close his melee damage and lifesteal sucks so you're basically punished for using half his fucking kit. They should raise the damage on his gun to match when it spreads out while keeping the spread damage the same and buff (fix) his life steal and melee damage so he's an actual threat.

To be fair I do more than just hang out on point. Even if I don't get kills, I know when and how to apply pressure to make people back up and I could make a montage of all the times I've jumped from the next zipcode to drive by bubble a teammate in trouble.
