Does anyone here use the Undeath Ascension mod? For some reason I can't upgrade the phylactery at all. If I activate it, it gives me the option to change my form, but nothing else. The option to change the design of the lich body also doesn't work.

Khajiits and Argonians look terrible. I like their concept and artistic presentation but their in-game appearance is simply awful.
And I have zero faith in TES6. Ahnassi is probably the best beast race characters will be, unless Bethesda lets someone else make TES game. She looks just as awful as Khajiits in all other games but at least the writing is spot on.

The actual answer is because cyberpunk doesn't have anywhere near as many mods, and the mods it does have are far lower quality.
I've played through the game twice and even basic shit like a weapon rebalances are woefully underdeveloped, let alone any quest add ons. 99% of mods for cp77 are either clothes, cars, bugfixes, or UI changes. Meanwhile with skyrim you can download fully retextured and remodeled cities, NPCs, new questlines with followers, maps, weapons, armors, etc.

I use Realm of Lorkhan, but I did the original intro on VR. Had my Index running the game at 120fps, assumed Bethesda would've fixed the game's physics for the VR release and I wouldn't have to clamp it down to 60fps.

I know it' a nitpicky request but I feel this functionality is so important yet hidden on the MCM of some mod. I know it's in the game because it happened once by accident using hotkeyposer while another npc initiated a dialogue with my followers. Something similar happens when you set a pose for the PC and bring up the Showracemenu command (PC remains in the selected pose but the torso and head can be rotated with the mouse drag)

It's even a core feature on CP77 posing to chose a pose and toggle or freeze head tracking separately
