Are we all in accord that the missing piece of the prophecy spells the sealing of Castle Town? Not to mention that it's named after the player, so it's very likely what Angel's Heaven is supposed to be.
This would also fall in line with both Susie and Ralsei's reactions; one knows that he's gonna stop existing soon and thus considers himself a means to an end, trying to depersonalize himself as a coping mechanism, while the other does not want to lose her dear friends and will try to find another way no matter how much she'd have to bleed for it.

It would need to be specifically phrased as, say, Susie killing Ralsei for Susie's immediate, violent reaction to fit. If the prophecy were just "Castle town is banished" Susie's slow ass would need at least a minute to process what that means and by then she'd have cooled off somewhat. And frankly losing castle town shouldn't upset her very much at this point, there hasn't been enough time for her to have built that kind of emotional connection. It's only been long enough for the implication that she would kill Ralsei to reasonably upset her that much.
And I'm not sure how well that all would fit with the "and obviously YOU wouldn't let that happen" line from Susie to Ralsei. It's a bit awkward. "I know YOU wouldn't let yourself get killed by me," like, what, is she going for a powerscaling angle

Wait…. I think I know how chapter 5 is going to be like. The dark world will start at Flower King and you expect something more formulaic like chapter 1 and 2 again, and reach Asgore to the end to fight him.
But instead… he leaves the flower shop from the back door, stores his plants to the back of his truck and drives off to the festival. With all of them fully intending to make a dark world just to be done so the Dreemurrs can’t claim he’s insane.
Asriel, Ralsei, and Toriel will be screaming internally as they run with Kris to the festival.
When you reach to the festival on the option of going with Berdly, Berdly will ask, “where were you?”
This will be the real light world segment with Asriel and Toriel going around people, looking for Asgore, scared that he’s going to make a dark fountain there.

However, in their run of going after Asgore, they’ve left the flower shop dark world open (likely due to it being aged, and much harder to put out, hint, hint) and it allows Darkners nearby (Jevil, Spamton) to roam out in home town, giving a chance for the knight to be there with all of her strength. Ralsei gets out of the dark world too, realizing that the balance is almost falling apart and he’s worried about this “is the roaring already here?”

In the middle of Asgore presenting all of his lovely flowers to the people, and praises he has of their quality, asking his secret, he shows them the black shard and explains how he found it. The crowd is wowed by his story, of the dark worlds, and how the flowers tell him everything, including the flowers he has given to them in the past. And Noelle is one of these people, watching her father in poor health. And she decides to make a dark world to try to save his life, using what she remembered from Queen and realizing that her dream was real.

Now, the rising Darkners, seeing this fountain opened with far more determination than the rest, go inside and cause chaos. And the knight watches them.

When the darkners are inside, they take over a certain ride of the festival.
Jevil goes after the carousel. Spamton goes after the roller coaster.
They are too preoccupied by their current victims to be involved with you. Since Spamton is looking to their souls to take for his own [FREEDOM] and Jevil wants to keep playing games with all of his victims.

With the chaos being this massive, Asgore commands his flowers to defend the festival and the town. He goes back to his flower king dark world to protect what family he considers to be his only ones left, his seven flowers. Despite Noelle’s dark world being problematic, Ralsei considers Flower King a dark world that is far more destructive than he initially thought, and compares its darkness to the grand fountain.

So, in this section of the game, you always have the chance of fighting Spamton, Jevil, and other secret bosses to retrieve their items for Asgore and chapter 6. Also, Castletown has no idea about any of this, hinting at it and the bunker being safe from this destruction.

When they finally confront Asgore and he is convinced by Kris’ words, he reveals to them the location of his dark fountain.

When Ralsei inspects the fountain, he looks sad. “There’s only one way. This fountain must be banished. Only then will this world be saved.” And he looks at Susie and Kris, they are holding hands instinctively.

Asgore, not wanting his son to die, asks what can be done. Toriel realizes that she can’t perform the sacrifice with Asgore since she completely lost her heart with him. But the Rook steps up, after a chapter of development, and takes the role. Her and Asgore exchange their heart and banish the dark world.

Flower King is no longer there. Only a hole of once it stood. And Kris is devastated about it.

The fun gang still have one more fountain to seal. They go back to the festival, and before they can seal it, the Knight appears but before she strikes-
