i sleep very poorly. at home, i have my very comfortable king size reclining massage bed. i have a nice mattress. i dont wake up with aches at home, but i do in any other bed, which is why my back currently hurts. i never wake up well rested however. even with 12 hours of sleep in my own bed. i sleep on my side. i also have sleep apnea.
