In TBC you wanted one of each ideally, some fights a Prot Warr was mandatory for spell reflect (Kael), others you need a Feral to MT stacking dodge (Mother Shazz), and a Protadin for AoE tanking (Hyjal trash). Depends how they go with raid encounter design, and the changes they've made along the way to talents and shit.
I'd expect Feral to feel the best all round though yeah especially when levelling, but prot should do just fine. Since it's using Wrath as a base might even get Vigilance, Hunters should have Misdirection, both of which'll help if TPS is a bit on the low side.

Just Copy the main files of Wrath into Epoch's folder, let the launcher create the folder first when you install it, open the Epoch folder, pause and close the launcher, copy all the wrath files there, and let it do its job later, since the launcher will verify the files first and then download only the Epoch files.
