For pure relic cracking speed getting a fissure on a low level solo defense for a small map like grineer sedna tileset with banshee 4 build or really any nuke frame is pretty much the fastest if you just want traces.
If you want to get steel essence and not wanna kill yourself doing level 40 missions then solo alchemy.

Both of these mission types scale with players and they will NEVER be faster than a solo.

There literally isn't any roadblocks anymore, there might be in the near future if Hex Finale is required for new Main Story quests.
But at the moment there are literally no MR or time gates outside of Personal Quarters segment which only takes an hour to craft and you get it way before it's needed to progress.

Her kit is perfect, no need to subsume over anything.
Her 1 is without doubt the best best grouping ability in the game, while also being one of the fastest methods to traverse a map.
Her 3rd's (turds lol) multiplicative damage is very effective for hardened targets, ie; acolytes, demolysts, thrax etc or just generally making higher level enemies far easier to dispatch, ie; levelcap, sp cascade, sp circuit, eda, eta, etc.
I bring her to sp cascade quite regularly since she's still practically invulnerable, can tank huge amounts of damage. I've yet to trigger her escape death passive yet, even at 107 exo's, she's hard as nails that woman, and I love her.

Good news, Vauban has the best gun in the game as one of his seven abilities.
And he can put four of them down at once.
Vauban's flechette orb (red orb on his two) and his photon strike both scale directly with enemy level, meaning that they will kill anything at any level his photon strike needs help but I still like it. Also the augment for his one does damage that scales with enemy hp in a radius.
Brief respite aura, get a way to generate energy, and spam his abilities. Use his four to group up enemies, and then use his flechette orb to kill the enemies in the vortex.

I have 3000 hours and I don't think I spent a second using Vauban

It is coded as a weapon, meaning that almost anything that buffs weapons will buff it. Nourish, arcanes, crit buffs, ability buffs, weapon buffs, etc. His overdriver (purple orb on his two) is also another buff. Vauban is also the only frame in the game that can have two weapon buffs as abilities at the same time.
His passive is also really good. Any enemy that is CC'd in almost any way (from Vauban's abilities, from teammates' abilities, from status effects, etc.) will receive 25% more damage multiplicity. Vauban does a lot of damage, and you are honestly free to build him in any way you want. It is hard to build him wrong.

I'm not sure if that's changed but you hardly run unless it's to go slower because a Volt boosted your speed to insane speeds or because a tileset is claustrophobic or because your hands hurt. It's not that bad frame, it's just weak in high level content like level cap survivan. It;s really good frame for new players, it basically carried me through hardest parts of being low level MRlet. Status and knockdown immunity on 1, energy generation 2 when combined with equalibrum, 3 has nice DR reduction. Only 4 kinda sucked but it was before nezha got augment for it so instead i just subsumed nourish on it

Well the movement has changed and coptering is no longer a thing. But I guess it's still kind of like that. Generally I just slam down with my melee wherever I want to stop, and it's faster to do that as well since it slams you down quickly from wherever you are in the air to the floor that you're pointing at.

Melee itself works fine. Movement is a big part of the game though and you can integrate it into everything. You could slide attack into a new group of enemies, or roll since you take less damage while doing that. You can roll and bullet jump away if you're dying and then slam back down into a group of enemies.
