It's not the murder that's the problem, its the way he went about it, and just made the district lose all semblance of stability, and then just plunged it into further war against other regions.
Killing the elders is not that big of a deal, since we do just that, and nobody even knows what they even do, or look like, only a few know they exist and they can easily keep their mouths shut.
The issue just obviously extends beyond the top families, and seeps into the entire district if you just topple the entire structure, especially when they have an autonomous re-arranging district based on income. Economy eats shit due to stunts like this too.

And as I understand it from here, the deployment order matters for which Heishou goes next. But what happens when the fight goes on for a long while and all the Heishou have gone at least once? Ruina had no animations. Even by the time we started going beyond Flash of Sunup tier animations, all sprites were reusing certain pieces of themselves instead of being drawn anew. Most skins just had a few poses and that's it. Even Roland has only like what, 25 total?
Ruina also had almost no fancy VFX. They started adding some around Urban Plague, but half of the game still uses static images that fade out.
Ruina had WAY less story. What story we did get was made on a much smaller scale. You just had like 3-4 characters per reception and maybe 1 CG. Cutscenes were very short outside of a few like Love Town and Realizations.
The endgame was horrifically rushed. This resulted in quality of the game nosediving as early as fucking first Ensemble tier (only Philip had any effort put into him). The game suffered from rushed releases even before that (remember Chesed's broken Realization?), but endgame was the worst of it. Keter EGO doesn't even have a skin layer to match the librarian, resulting in obvious mismatches and even more blatant errors like EVERY SKIN having incorrect (i.e. non-existent) head rotation.

Ruina was a low budget game with low production values. Limbus is much flashier and its budget reflects more in content provided. The real problem is that devs are still retarded, but they've been like this since LC.

Keeping track of damage is not hard (primarily because you are almost incapable of dealing enough damage to worry, it's only a problem in realization, but you've beaten the game by then). That entire fight falls apart the moment you bring Forceful Gesture (which ruins every boss fight in the game in general) or Fullstop to just neuter the wolf forever.
It's ass if you try beating it any other way, but it's on autopilot otherwise.
