Wait until your team engages the enemy, dive and rape the backline. Or if you team gets dived and you're around, counter dive.
Back off if things get hot and save either your parry or kick to get away, then heal up, wait and go at it again.
Going for Vanguards is a trap, unless you need to brawl with your team on a point of something.

Unfortunately most tanks just feel weak because none of their abilities do damage, excluding Emma of course who is overtuned in comparison.

When I dive on a 135lb pop singer as a 600 lb monster Venom, it feels pretty lame that I can't do significant damage and will probably lose the 1v1 in most cases. All the tanks are these huge burly motherfuckers but hit like wet noodles.
And you can't just boost their damage because then Duelists would be pointless.

All the tanks have mid to low sustained damage (again excluding Emma). Even Thing, who hits hard per punch, can only punch like once every 2.5 seconds.
They need to introduce more tanks that have a lot of upfront burst damage.

Tanks aren't meant to be meat shields nor raid bosses. They SHOULD exist to punch a hole in the enemies composition to allow everyone else to do their job. Ideally each tank is supposed to be good against specific strategies.

I'm tired of solo tanking, I'm on the fucking verge of locking in 4th DPS if I see I'm solo tanking at the start and never swapping off til I get a second tank.

I feel like the reason people are having trouble on blade aside from the obvious of staying in blood awakening all the time is that people get too hung up on applying anti heal when it's the least optimal way to join a crowded engagement. It knocks your target back, slows you to a halt after that and then you have to swap and build up charges while your one dash down. It's much better to go into lifesteal and sword dash into a target applying slow and keeping momentum while have 1 dash left to escape. The anti heal is best for isolated targets

Solo tanking is viable, but in high rank games, 2-2-2 is optimal because the enemies are a lot better at aiming, and without 2 tanks creating a wall absorbing damages, your dps is gonna have a hard time standing their ground and deal damages, and your healers might also have troubles when the enemies can bypass you, the solo tank and aim them directly.
But at the same time, anything GM & below shouldn't even complain about solo tanking, unless you're such a shitter that you're just relying on ult to make plays, and so your only game plan is 2 teams poking each others until something happen.

One of the things they need to do is significantly scale back how much healing every character deals, its not reasonable for supports to heal through entire damage ultimates like Blade's or Punisher's
If you get ulted you need to fucking die, otherwise you're not being punished for bad positioning aka playing bad.

Another problem are damage outputs and stuns, I'm firmly certain that stun spam is horrible in this game and whether people want to admit it or not its gotten infinitely worse because they keep introducing characters with insane stunlocks that completely ruin melee characters so everyone slowly defaults to ranged and speaking of range ranged needs a massive nerf to damage, like I'm talking damage nerfs across the board so that people stop defaulting to range characters whenever they get filtered on the high risk high rewards characters

A good Adam will out-heal everyone else minute to minute, but no. Stall ults can easily cram an extra 20k healing into a single round. He is never getting the biggest heal numbers unless Luna actually goes AFK or your team just never stands on point. In a theoretical match with no ults though, Adam takes it. The real trick is that he is the most vulnerable of the healers so the downtime will fuck things up in certain (most) matches
