If you had same email on both they are merged with your ascension password.
>You must login to the site once to confirm your account before login the game. Ascension password uses case sensitivity so when you first login the site it will permanently set the case sensitivity of your password, so turn off caps lock.
>After login download and install the ascension launcher. Best to install it and the client outside your Programs folder imo for future updates. Ascension launcher program will ask for privileges everytime it runs, it's ok.
>Inside the launcher there is a dropdown menu above the play button, you choose Epoch and it will install the client. You dont need 50GB as it says the client is the same at 13.5 GB. After it takes you to the loading screen build 3464. You enter the game through the launcher and can close it afterwards.

That summer Turtle was seeing 20k people trying to log into the EU server, large numbers of people started asking about an official Classic+, and a few months later Blizzard dropped SoD. The fact that SoD was massively popular at first and stayed reasonably popular through the final content patch is what tells them there is high demand for Classic+, not so much Epoch's discord numbers.

For Blizzard it's in part a question of how many people will re-sub for a Classic+ vs. how many will switch to it from playing a different version of WoW. The latter is still helpful for sub retention but they also want these products to bring in new subscribers to justify the development cost. Now with so many Blizzard WoW offerings (Retail, Classic Era, Classic MoP, Classic Anniversary going into TBC), there is less and less incentive to keep adding additional products that will siphon current subscribers away from the current offerings. They also need to time future releases within this complex cycle of "seasonal" servers they have currently (Cata -> MoP, Anniversary -> TBC, etc.).

Basically, I don't think they believe they have much incentive to launch Classic+ until MoP ends and the original "2019 Classic" xpac progression ends.

So I'd expect Official Classic+ to be a late 2027 early 2028 thing. And I still won't play it because they refuse to deal with bots + RMT like every other private server is seemingly totally capable of doing.
