Solo queue > lighting > killer balance

Real killer balance can't come if even the worst killers in the game get free wins against solo queue. Audio/visual clarity is also necessary for balance decisions I would also say consistency in gameplay should go above killer balance too since it informs it, eg Ghostface revealing being inconsistent, Ghoul grabbing through walls, Blight swings being impossible to read, inconsistency in survivor noises.

I find standard gameplay and nonrandom information quite important.
Terror radius music is an identifier of killer, which on indoor maps can hurt killers who do not announce themselves. The post mentions Legion, but Doctor can capitalise and lure more people into his TR. It's a simple nicety that makes you have to know the game and actually sets skill in perk/ability/TRsize recognition as important.
A good survivor can tell the Legion frenzy speed, notice the increase and reduction of a Pig/Ghostface's TR. That is a skill entirely lost with something that just adds noise pollution.
