He's just in the middle of figuring it out. The first step is picking APCR because it has the bigger number, then you abandon it altogether because of its dogshit properties and finally you figure out the use cases for it and you never spawn without a few rounds.

The most obscure knowledge still is the magical properties of russian APHEBC, unless you know about it you will take a while to figure out since the statcard says nothing about it

You take out the T-44-100, see aphebc and apcbc, you take the apcbc shell, has more angled pen, literally no reason to ever take aphebc, on the statcard the APCBC is superior on every metric

it's a fair bit more sluggish and doesn't have equal ratio gears, based on an interwar French chassis. has the early short Pz III 50mm, somewhat unimpressive but quite serviceable on a flank. can't scout, gets arty.
