It's pretty mid. Iori has the most fun gameplay with stance-switching, but the game kind of pigeonholes you into using your Servants to deplete Shell Gauge. Healing items trivialize the game even on Sword Demon difficulty, but Fatal Sword makes certain story segments with boss gauntlets just suck ass due to having no checkpoints and kicking you back to the title screen. She needs a bit more management with her charges but she's a pretty fun servant to use. Ideally you want to save the level up charges for the last wave debuff so you can get a massive damage boost, but sometimes you may have to use them on her NP charge at the 2nd~3rd wave, you eventually get a feeling about when you should use the charges accordingly.

She's good at CQ's too. A fun CC to equip on her is the Tamamo one that enhances healing. It stays for 2 turns so you can get bigger heals from her 1st skill.

Sword Demon with a no healing in battle rule was tons of fun (except big chiemon that fight fucking sucked). Iori is definitely the most fun character, with Takeru next and the rest either being too slow or too stubby to feel good to play as. Schizo Assassin and Jorta (Fake) were the worst, and having to use Yoshinaka against Li and Cu was awful
I think it did a great job at communicating Iori's strength gameplaywise. Regular humans get their shit rocked, monsters aren't too difficult but don't stagger, big monsters are dangerous but managable, and servants can easily fuck you up in 2 combos or even just a single fierce attack.

I'd recommend getting the costumes, the Lore (though you might only be able to get that from beating the story which you didn't do if you didn't get Yarandoo) and the Fous. Otherwise everything else is farmable or obtainable other ways.

Do you mean the Mana Prism shop for this? If so, after getting the tickets, consider Code Openers (required to make it so your servants can use command codes) and Fous. The EXP is helpful but the least valuable. Otherwise try to get bond-gain focused CEs, as gaining bond is valuable.

For the most part RP gain is fairly limited so I would say determine how much each thing is valuable to you over time. The only one I'd say you should really consider if you're unsure is the Chaldean Visionary Flames - as they let you over-bond past Bond 10 and doing so grants big SQ rewards.

Morgan lied a lot in Lostbelt 6. While Artoria Avalon was unwilling to share the whole truth, partly because she deep down hated "saving" the faeries with her mission. But Morgan when she was young? She told Mash that not one fairy in all her time in Lostbelt 6 England was worth saving. Mind you this was at the tail end of the journey, before the coronation and she snaps and decides to enact the tree of emptiness plan. So she had already traveled with her companions and met Bob. Regardless Morgan completely ignores Baobhan Sith as being one of the fairies she wants to redeem as well as Habetrot. This part of the backstory is a sticky point and I wonder if Nasu didn't proofread his script enough when finishing it.

I really dislike how Morgan's characterization was handled in the present day of LB6. Her being a villain didn't do it for me, since she was literally sitting on a throne getting PowerPoint Presentations from her ""subjects"". Another poor aspect of LB6 was Tam Lin screentime distribution, Bargh got the lion's share of backstory. As did Melu, even if I felt Melu's was weak as fuck (dude Aurora lmao, wtf?). But Baobhan Sith had no explanation for why Morgan let be evil, it's one thing to indulge and say Bob deserved to have a happy life for once after her tragic backstory (which we didn't get to see a lot of btw), its another to just let Baobhan Sith be unquestionably evil. The fuckboi guy Beryl Gut and Baobhan Sith kept hyping up their colosseum of human slaves torture, but we also never got to see it. It's so aggravating, like the caterpillar was just being briefly alluded to. We know Oberon did somethings in the past because "I was bored actually" like ending some of the clans, but Baobhan Sith + Morgan were handled quite poorly IMO. Morgan evens out because Aesc content was awesome.

Depends on your interpretation. The story goes as follow: Past Lostbelt 6 Aesc (Morgan) fails her mission and gets murdered on the coronation day. She genuinely wanted to save everyone at the start. Beryl Gut arrives in Lostbelt 6 which is completely empty, as everyone failed and past day Morgan is dead. Beryl summons his Servant, it's Morgan from Proper Human History.

Beryl is pretty upset about all this, he has a call with the other Crypters and laughs off his situation as "wow this is crazy haha wow" very vaguely to the group. Beryl goes to sleep to think about his options tomorrow. Morgan deduces that she can travel to the past in a similar way Chaldea does, but it's a one way trip. This part I'm not 100%, but Morgan somehow knows she was in this Lostbelt 6 in the past and decides to bet it all on her past self. Morgan rayshifts her mind to the past, which Aesc the Savior instantly gets her knowledge. One day Aesc wakes up and all of Proper Human History's knowledge as well as Morgan's thoughts/emotions get downloaded to her head.

Aesc the Savior decides to ignore what Future Morgan told her and tries her best to live up to Aesc the Savior's name. Mash is sent to the past and meets Aesc the Savior. They journey together. Aesc does her best to ignore the future and tells Mash to shut up about the future she came from. Because Future Morgan time traveled her mind back to the past, this Aesc is the "2nd" to do the journey, only this time she knows the future but chooses to ignore it. Morgan fails and decides that future Morgan's insight was right, she sends Mash into a sleeping crystal coffin, then Aesc takes the Tree of Emptiness to instantly create a Singularity of Fae Britain that's detached from being a Lostbelt. All the Fae are revived, Beryl in the future dies in his sleep then is instantly revived in this new reality with High Queen Morgan.

Lip x Oberon is probably the weirdest ship Nasu could have ever concieved. I'm not talking about the ntr factor, you have to think about their personalities. Oberon's deal is that he always lies but Passionlip is blunt as fuck. For example, Oberon will find all sorts of ways to dodge Morgan but Lip would go up to her face and call her Ice Bitch. Why would Nasu think this would work? Kazuradrop has more chemistry with Oberon than her.

So a couple things to found up since I maxed out the comment limit.
1) Morgan/Aesc the Savior did the journey twice, once as Morgan without PHH Morgan's insight and failed. Second time Aesc failed, but with Future Morgan's insight she avoided her own death. She helped Mash get back to the future then absorved the Tree of Emptiness to recreate all of Britain (which was already genocide by Faeries being chimps). Every person in LB6 is dead but brought back to life by Morgan with the Tree of Emptiness reviving everyone with a tax clause tied to their hands.

2) Aesc should be considered Avalon Aesc, completely detached from Morgan the Servant from Proper Human History. The playable Caster Aesc the Savior may or may not have the knowledge of Morgan (it's a little vague), but she is 100% LB6 Aesc the Savior and sees herself as good person.

The amusing charm is how much it doesn't work at all. Lip's appeal in Oberon is completely being taken in by the surface-level Faerie King. Oberon would be completely taken aback to the point of being baffled by her interest, without the slightest possibility of reciprocation. Lip has no shot there whatsoever. More or less, but also consider that after Londinium, faes and humans were the same for her, and no matter how much she tried, she couldn't change nothing. It's also the result of depression. Also she though that she could never be hurted again because there was no one that she actually cared, but Baobhan Sith proved her wrong. Her life was ruined the moment her clan was murdered and become hell the moment she turned into queen.

When she's Aesc it's not an act. When she's Morgan she only vaguely recalls her time as Aesc. The problem with talking about Morgan/Aesc is that the TypeMoon staff took the King Arthurian Morgan le Fay/Lady of the Late/Vivianne and combined her into a single person. In real life King Arthur lore the lady of the lake was the person who handled out the magic swords and Morgan le Fay was Arthur's older sibling who sometimes planned his demise and sometimes played pranks on him. Over time Morgan became more "evil" than a prankster older sibling in the Knights of the Roundtable lore. Which brings us back to TypeMoon's iteration of Morgan le Fay in FGO, multiple personalities crammed into one.

It's much easier to accept Aesc is a different person than Morgan. Not in a "this is this person younger", but someone who has a completely different backstory. Regular Artoria was once a king, but Avalon Artoria of LB6 (which people call Castoria) has nothing to do with the Saber of Fate games. Just consider Aesc the Savior that, an exclusive LB6 character. Avalon Morgan (Aesc the Savior) and Avalon Artoria (Castoria) have nothing to do with the Fate franchise Saber and Berserker Morgan. This wouldn't have been an issue if they just decided to call LB6 Morgan "Vivianne".

Beryl Guts arrives in Lostbelt 6 Britain first, it's a shithole with everyone dead. He summons his Servant who is Morgan. He goes to sleep. Morgan decides to Rayshift her mind to the past, her target is Aesc the Savior which her closest equivalent in that Lostbelt. Morgan instantly dies, Beryl instantly dies. Now Aesc the Savior does her best to ignore the knowledge of the future, fails, but instead of dying like Lostbelt 6 Aesc the Savior the first time (without time traveling), she uses the Tree of Emptiness from the Alien God to revive everyone who died in Lostbelt 6 Britain and separate it as a Singularity so the Alien God can't be revived in Britain.

After talking so much about it, I think the reason is "waifu money". Aesc the Savior is a heavily sanitized version of Morgan. Fate Grand Order's Morgan from proper human history in the mother of multiple characters like Mordred and Gawain like in real life lore. I don't have Morgan Berserker so I have no idea if she's Proper Human History Morgan or Lostbelt 6 Morgan. What I can tell you that Aesc the Savior only had an arranged political marriage to get Fae and Humans to usher in a new era of non-violence, which fails spectacularly. She had no love interests or children. That's the big difference between Aesc and Morgan. Since I don't have Berserker Morgan I don't know how other characters react to her, if I had to guess she's the Lostbelt 6 Morgan without any ties to proper human history Morgan.

Like Skathach-Skadi (Caster, Ruler) has no relation with proper human history Skadi and is based on the Lostbelt 2.

It's literally just her memories. Aesc didn't get an extra tulpa like a Pseudo Servant would.

When Aesc the Savior is talking with Mash at the end of the journey (final set of flashbacks), she tells Mash the only way to go the future without a contradiction is to repeat the past with some ambiguity. Morgan basically cheats by having Mash incased in a tomb which is what the proper Lostbelt 6 history was (the first one). Aesc the Savior fails and her first Tam Lin is in a coffin, Morgan in the past knew about that in the timeline and replicated it. Right before that the coronation failed with Uther getting murdered, Morgan got a fairy to look like her and erased her memories, so when the crazy faeries arrived they all killed the fake Morgan. Morgan did this to ensure that history in the Lostbelt 6 still had "Aesc the Savior failed and was murdered" to keep consistency.

Morgan Berserker has stronger Fae eyes than Aesc the Savior. Oberon should have them but they have forgotten to put it as a passive for 5 years in a row. Aesc should be stronger than Morgan's Berserkers so but eh, Nasu shit retcons.
