She's pretty good, bind is easily the most favorable cc type and lords are lords. She is somewhat more of a sidegrade to SA being burst and utility focused rather than a workhorse like Thorns.

Weedy is the operator of choice for INTJ men.
Smart and capable but not in the "I hacked in the enemy system using a box of scraps and am the best one ever" vein like Closure and Passenger are built to be.
Has an interesting personality that is not dependant on unconditionally being interested in the MC because he is super special. Has her own opinions and preferences while being slightly bitchy about it. They tried this kind of aloofness with Surtr and ended with a personality of 100% pure bitch. Not good. Weedy is kind of a bitch about hygiene and order but that is a perfectly understandable reason.

They might do something with Arctosz and Leto in the future again. I really liked that storyline so I hope they continue it especially with her mom. As for joining Rhodes Island, I think Ratatos has the best chance of becoming an operator though among them. She has some popularity, coom potential, and an open character arc waiting for her that writes itself. And as for alts, SilverAsh is definitely getting an alt. There's no way the suits would not alt him considering the circumstances with his character, their track record of alts so far, and Endfield looming. Endfield needs funding and he's got a whole army of a fanbase that they could take money from.

Don't forget there will probably be some Rhine Labs op(s) too, and also the possibility for 5* Steward (With his recent faction addition this could happen).

If you're new to the game and this is your first CC... just know that there was "original/old CC" and now we're in "new CC" (They did CC 0-12, then they ended it, then made POO, then redesigned it into CC again but started the numbers from the beginning).
Old CC was a lot more popular, this thread is not even a fraction as fast as old CC releases were. We also used to be able to upload our clears to the akg website and everyone would be posting their clears with special filenames. Those were good times

basically yeah, but there's an argument to be made where you only really felt the worst of the statbloat at really high risks in old CC, which most people didn't touch and left to the Chinese whale groups (those are the people who made those clears you might have seen posted earlier). Old CC had a lot more creative risks with more strategy employed and better map and enemy design to where the mode was just a lot more fun and interactive as a whole. It was very common to see people get to risk 18 and then go a bit higher just because it was such a fun challenge. This is compared to what you're seeing now with new CC, where the risks don't grant you much freedom and mostly revolve around pigeonholing you into stat bloat, and the stages just aren't that interesting. Also CC has been run to death at this point after 5 years. Most people grew bored of it ages ago.

Tried my hand at a nightknights perm map clear while I'm at work and it feels like the storm solves most of the map which kinda ruins the fun. Of course, some stall is needed but considering the sheer amount of enemy stat bloat there's not really much else one can do other than have the storm kill nearly every mob.
