Not really. It's only got an Active skill, since it's passive just boosts its active.

In VR you generally want Damage %, general or racial, and Penetration
Total War it's Damage % and Crit Damage

Other things to look for are Speed

As an example, Asagi's Naraku, which does something similar to the Beast Sin weapons, but can give 100% damage when maxed.

I find a lot of the UR weapons to be traps.

How many skills can most characters realistically do in 30 seconds?
Most low time skills are evade skills or "after attack string" skills.

I'm sure some of the girl could use it well, but it still maxes out at 440% + 500% with 100 stacks and I imagine they just have better weapon options.

For instance Sora probably can't get close to 30 in 30 seconds, let alone 100.
But she has Samael as well, which does 980% and stuns on active.
If it included the yellow basic attack altering skills as stacks then we'd be talking, but it doesn't.

But I don't have Yuki weapons, so I used Nagi/Rin instead
All of those weapons except the Rin Beast weapon can be gotten in near all of the gacha.
I just used the beast weapon because it's all I had, you can just use another ultimate weapon instead.

Near all these weapons I got over the course of just playing normally and rolling gacha for things I want and getting those instead.

It depends on what you can get more easily.
Her best build is green by a country mile and for both builds you're going to want to use Shattering Blow over Drifting Illusions because at 2 it does Groggy and at 3 it increases Crit Damage by 250%
DPS wise, in Total War or Tower if you pair her with Super Armor breakers like Electrocute Rin or White Feather Maika, she does more with the groggy build since that builds biggest problem is getting enemies stunned or groggy. If you go all out with her against a stunned enemy you can start hitting for 1 mill per melee hit. You'll need New Year's Inage, Vacation Lydia and Band Kurenai or whatever Debuff supporter you like.

Crit build is better if you're just throwing her into a pile with no planning, You'll need LAN to keep the cooldown of Shattering blow to a minimum, Suruga and Tekkain Kaworu for Crit Damage. You can drop Lan for Assault Rin/Lefia but you're mainly spamming Shattering blow so there's no reason to worry about criting outside of that.
I prefer her Groggy build because doing 1 mill on a normal attack is a lot better than 6-10 mill on a cool down skill but as always: Inage is expensive for no goddamn reason.
