I had something similar happen yesterday when I was playing with a friend. All of a sudden all my abilities were grey and I couldn't use any of them. Couldn't shoot or use my grapple and I wasn't able to sprint or summon my bike. I had to teleport to a waypoint and it was back to normal after that. Never had so many issues with the game before.

I don't think we have the devs formula for scaling but they are probaby about 50 times more EHP than enemies you'd see wandering around on normal hard mode.

It will take a lot, outside of just giving her stupid damage. Her getting free crit is really good, but I doubt the devs will try to work around her doing more than her sniper identity. Hailey's sniper theme made sense back when she was released, but like many of the older, mostly male descendants, their kits aren't as fantastical and fast clearing for how the game has evolved. You either need lot's of AOE or damage. As far as guns go, Serena will always invalidate everyone since nobody is going to nerf her gun damage capabilities.

You can still do it mid-mission in Axion. It's annoying and you have to click it like 20 times sometimes but it will work most of the time if you aren't getting hit or hitting something. If you're in a group you can abandon, run for 3 seconds, catalyze, then rejoin.

I did it in Axion. I solo Technical Research Institute, then join a different group with whatever they were doing, finish up their mission, then go back to Technical Research Institute. You can go 1-40 in 10 min if the other group is reliable.

Helpful gimmick for some colossus speed kills and early VE27-30 before Serena existed. He had his time in the sun more than most of the male cast and you still had to use him for crafting catalysts/activators when opening vaults until Nell took his job. Infinite ammo as a function always existed for Gley who just does it better. So, he's nothing special unless you're playing in an organized pre-made that needs gun crit for some reason. They might still come up with something to make him broken with his eventual ultimate.

The arm cannon is omega cool (if only it didn't blow ass in the context of rank X weapon cores and if Nell's trans 4 wasn't the entire damage of an arm cannon volley but upfront and with actually reliable crits).
The ability to not give zero fucks for up to 10 seconds out of every 60 seconds is also super cool especially when it enables going ham with the arm cannon (but it'd be nice if it had a bit more uptime or, again, if arm cannon didn't suck).

Besides the passive, I'd maybe say that Lepic is a better support and gets more synergy out of the suck-stack-into-thousand-cut-meteor combo because his suck lasts longer and also adds meteor stacks, but that's about it.

Well yeah, because anyone looking for a deeper gameplay experience already stopped playing long ago. All that's left are the gooners, grinders and gooner grinders. You can literally do all of the content in the game with pretty much anyone. Just because it takes longer on some rather than others doesn’t mean you can’t use the character. I run unoptimal characters all the time for fun because it is fun. You having an autistic need to speedrun everything as fast as possible 100% of the time is entirely a you issue.
