i made an old npv in the past that had this problem.
Legs made me the one of the left and i noticed it again.
So i made the one in the back to be a face model test dummy for whatever key shaping is.
the one on the right is V spawned with AMM.
I edited the Legs Version so they are wearing the same outfit. to test if i was imagining things, i would run away to lose sight of them and force them out of a line up. each time i turn to them i can spot the npv immediately.

You have option 1 (DLSS) and Ray Reconstruction active.
But then CDPR adds a new scaling option FSR 3.0 as option 1 and it automatically activates FSR's frame gen.
You try to turn on the game, option 1 tries to start FSR 3.0, wtih frame gen, and Nvidia's ray reconstruction and the game crashes instantly.
You are unable to enter the game to change your settings. You are to stupid to know where your settings file is stored.
You need an external program to access your graphics settings and restore them to default so the game can launch at all.
