What's your goals anon :?
If you're trying to climb, you want to focus on two roles, and at max one to three champions for your main role, less for your secondary role. Then you pick the champions you genuinely have the most fun on consistently, rather than looking for highs.
If you're playing 4fun then do whatever the heck you want, and don't let other people define how you play League o Legends.
OTPing will help you learn a lot of match ups, and almost eliminates getting counter picked once you're comfortable on them. Pocket picks imo are the ones who need a lot of conditions to line up for them to even be worth it, then you can finally pick them, like Renata and Taric for me.

Since there aren't that many master+ matches going on at once you can see ALL of the master+ matches going on right now and use this to make an educated guess on who is who and when to queue or dodge.
Let's say shaco gets locked in enemy team. You can check if pinkward is ingame on any of his accounts. If he isn't you can strongly suspect it's him. If he's ingame already you know for a fact enemy shaco CAN'T be pinkward. Alternatively you can refresh this page before you queue up and as you see some onetrick finishing a game around your MMR you can go queue up and ban their champion.
This way you can see whether people are playing or not regardless of whether they're streaming.
More information never hurts. I'm sure you can find some value in this.

I think one caveat here is that looking for "master+" filters out any games where at least 1 player is less than master rank in their profile even if they're definitely master MMR. You're 600ish LP though so this should not concern you. All of those games are at MMR where you wouldn't run into them anyway.

This game is way more dependent on your CPU than your graphics card. Also, if your game is freezing a lot, its most likely due to your PC being too hot. It is summer after all.

Rengar, Kha'zix, Vayne, Riven are some good examples of hyperscaling champions.

You are close to the release of this WASD movement thing, which I believe will make certain champions like Riven or Vayne extremely easier due to not needing to move the mouse at inhuman speeds to move and attack properly.

No because the domination tree is quite bad as a main tree. So unless you champ giga-abuses the main keystone it is not worth it. You can even see this on stat sites as a general trend, with every minor rune giving a negative winrate regardless of choice.
