I really do like the aesthetic of the game but other than that it really hasn’t grasped me the way I thought it would but I’m sure the aesthetic is what brought a lot of people to it but other than that I’d like to know what you enjoy most about it? How much eff res does diene need? Since i dont have ml ilynav im using diene for the res pen and anti crit. I was going to use her with db senya and ml kayron/bulky dps like mellona. Maybe even a argent waves hwayoung to chain diene into a s3->s2 right from the start. Fastest i can get diene is like 258 so i figure i shouldnt try to cut openers with sole consolation so should i just use bastion? I think the best build would be like a 17k hp 1700 def with 258 spd and 105 eff res but thats still only like 175 eff res. Is that enough? Or i could drop by 3 spd and i can get to 17k hp with 1400 def and can get to 150 eff res 220 with bastion. What do you guys think?

Why are we happy about Genesis Ras?
I mean yes he is cool and f2p but thats all, it´s a good f2p but a bad unit overall, even in his showcase he won just for luck, a yufine does no counter in all the battle and the illinav doesn´t have inmunity set for some reason, theres no clue about his buff, but if only negates cr pushback he will hard countetred by all the game, he doesn´t counter anyone at all and most of the time you will use better units than him, his debuff will probably be banned for all important pve content on 28th because is a free unit and (probably) will be countered by light mercedes in less than a week, also have mediocre animations at best. Hey everyone, just my two cents, but I’m absolutely loving Etheria Restart and think it doesn’t get enough love. I’ve sunk hundreds of hours into PvP-focused gachas like Summoners War, Raid Shadow Legends, and Epic Seven—here’s why Etheria beats them all:

1) LD Hero Pity
• Summoners War: No pity = endless salt.
• Raid: 200 pulls to pity, but RNG can still screw you.
• Epic Seven: Guaranteed at 200 pulls… which still feels like forever.
• Etheria: 80 pulls, guaranteed, plus all LDs live on a permanent banner.

2) Autofarming Freedom
• SW: Can run PvE in the background but app must stay open.
• Raid: Auto-battle locks you out of EVERYTHING and you can’t even close the game.
• Etheria: Queue your runs, close the app, and still jump into RTA anytime. Love that.

3) Dupes
• SW: Mostly useless outside Siege.
• Raid: You need dupes for speed comtest- mandatory for top PvP.
• E7: Small stat boosts, not game-breaking.
• Etheria: Same chill vibe as E7—duplication helps but isn’t make-or-break.

4) RTA Rewards
• SW/E7: Mainly transmogs. Cool, but not game-shaking.
• Raid: Craft mats… but often meh drops and limited hours.
• Etheria: Hands out the scarce resources you actually want, with no weird time-gate.

One gripe: Dev communication has been a bit quiet, but the community’s given solid feedback and I’m sure the team will learn. I also think a full character-restart isn’t needed—we just had an event for that. So community must be mindful about that.

Apologies if this has already been discussed at length — I’m fairly new to Epic Seven. (I started playing after growing bored with Raid: Shadow Legends, which I played for about three years. I briefly tried Etheria: Restart, but it didn’t quite click with me, so I moved on to Epic Seven, which I’ve been really enjoying so far.)
After starting, I discovered that the game had past collaborations with two franchises I really like: That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime and Re:Zero.

While searching Reddit, I came across conflicting information regarding future collaborations. From what I gathered in older threads, there was supposed to be a new collab (possibly confirmed by a former employee?), but it never materialized. Some commenters claimed that there won’t be any more new collaborations or reruns of previous ones — but I couldn’t find any sources backing that up.
So, I’m wondering: what do we actually know, either officially or unofficially, about the possibility of future collabs or collabs rerun in Epic Seven? Is there any solid information, or is it all just speculation at this point?

I understand that for many players, collaborations might not be a top priority, especially with other improvements and features being more impactful overall. But personally, being able to collect and build characters from franchises I like would make the game a bit more enjoyable for me — even if those characters aren’t particularly meta.

Depends on the content bro Empyrean Ilynav, light tenebria are your best units for GW out of those, ML Choux and LRK can have placed against some teams like roana , lrk aram/handguy will work against some hagsetti teams here and there if you dont happen to have yenya yet. Then you have Zio. Zio frida, BBK is probably your best cleave team but you'll need an omega damage BBK and ignore any team thas has menaces like arunka. no idea about the new sage baal but you'll definetly have some RGB options to round them up after you kinda learn how to properly use light tene, zio frida, and to tankdown with emperor ilynav.

My best advice is ignore rinak comps until you get fceci and for Arunka abuse light tenebria comps, you are bound to find a comp that work with against them with her it just gonna take time and trial and error.

I climbed to Champions with ML Luna, Frida, ML Aramintha and Blue Hwa, but now I'm finding too many teams that I either can't beat or that I used to beat but are too strong now

I left epic7 when summer charlotte is first released. Did some pulls for her and then left the game on and off. Story wise completed episode 1 and unrecorded history. episode 2 just halfway. ML that I have after the coupon code are AYufine, Arby, Stene, FCC, Archdemon mercedes, OpSig. Is it worth rerolling? Dont think I can finish the dash pass naturally so surely have to buy with skystones. But not sure if the content available give me enough skystone to pity the ML summons and also dash pass. Need guidance on what is a better start

He has guides for Perdition, which is disgustingly difficult and basically for whales only, and Nightmare, which is manageable if you know what you're doing.
Some of his guides are auto clears too, so that's a plus

Why is it that this game is still by far the best gacha in existence?

Im legit not even glazing. I just came back to this game after two whole years of not playing a single day. Boom, im spinning secret shop like crazy to where i actually got enough mystics to pity witch tene, thats 200 summons. I only had 3.6k mystics saved so the secret shop got me the rest. got the summer hwa, aram, got the limited eda. Found out that all these units got buffed.. and i just made Master in Rta despite just coming back. And in pre season, thats supposed to be hard to do but i guess not!

Not to mention all the free gear (20 spd neck) that the games been giving me? Youd be insane not to have atleast 10 characters geared and ready to play RTA at some capacity. If i can do it 2 weeks after coming back then anyone can lol..

The “gacha” experience is frequently spinning for new characters, building and trying them.

I like the wuwa and the star rail and all, but damn it seems like if you dont want to pay real money, you are gonna be stuck with one maybe two 5 star units for a while and thats if youre lucky lol. Epic 7 is just way better, the pvp and dopamine hits are WAY harder when youre beating someone in RTA solely because you picked and banned better. Thats what im about boys lets go im gonna be playing epic seven for a while.

Thoughts? Opinions? What other gacha game gives five stars out at the rate E7 does? Gear has been so easy to roll lately too. (Ive gotten about a Dozen and a half of 97+ gear score and even some 100+)

They could give us more charms to upgrade gear but honestly its not bad.

Not even brave souls has this much access to five stars
