I've been doing a bit of climbing and I'm still seeing people in TG that do not punish most unsafe shit nor duck strings. I don't play a super rare character either (Lee). Imo this is the biggest reason this game is a joke, a fighting game where you can reach top 3% in the world without even knowing punishing because canned offense is so strong and punishing so unrewarding and stupidly difficult to do is just badly designed at its core. When they stop taking their turn, then you can start doing ff4/d3 and df3/b1/d22 afterwards
