This is given all things equal of course, like 2 gold recoveries each, same stats etc. The only thing that would be different is Tach would be at lvl 5 vs Oguri at 2 for their recovery unlocks. I’m just not sure how often Oguri’s ult procs and if it’s worth it over Tachy’s Race Planner.
