Technician doesn't need many tweaks, it's a multi attribute challenge where most of the stages require 2 teams and you (ideally) need to have a team of each attribute to complete every stage with flying colors even in CN/KR/TW, Stutters.

And that's a problem because Three Houses is the best of Fire Emblem. FE as a series has never successfully caught on because in some capacity, whether its characters, writing, gameplay, art, etc, its games are always like 20 years outdated. Every game has something seriously wrong with it. For Three Houses it was having boring as fuck gameplay and for Engage it was having a comically awful story and cast and also marketed itself towards vtuber otakus, a demographic that don't play strategy games. Its probably one of the most poorly managed series around and I don't think the developers actually know why people like it.

She's a jack of all trades. Even her damage is okayish, because she gets dmg% based on her healing stat. Marian is concentrated mostly on healing, so in turn-gated endgame she's bad. And Yukari's good only for P3 teams. So Moko currently kinda wins by default till an actually good healer releases.

There's nothing to say they can't be synergies... Iwai is our vendor still, Chiayaya is a random City Life character. Half the synergies aren't even that involved or character arc-y. So let’s talk about the real reason why the Tomokofag is upset about the cross-character bits in synergies - simply, the answer is it interferes with his self-insert fantasy.
The fact of the matter is that Wonder is - by necessity - extremely bland as a character. That is how he functions as a self insert. And in events the self-insert acts as a sounding board to the actual character, who talks out their issues largely by themselves.
However, when you have these crossover synergy events, you have interactions between 2 real characters, and they talk to each other - bonding, empathizing, etc. this is chemistry.
And while this is happening, it becomes even more apparent that Wonder (i.e. the self-insert, i.e. the player, i.e. tomokofag) is a third wheel, and doesn’t really do anything with the real characters and is largely irrelevant. And sure the game will say something like “wow, you being here helped me make that decision (that I was already going to make and all your text options just affirmed)” but that’s hollow platitudes and it’s easy to recognize that.
What you end up with, is that the relationship between those two characters is a lot more functional than anything going on with Wonder, and so the Self-insertion is broken. If this wasn’t a gacha and we had more than 10 male characters (and they let the male and female characters interact - a big no-no for the self-insert crowd), ships between synergy shared characters would be inevitable (which destroys the self-inserter), but since it’s all girls (or in Kayo’s case, a family member) that’s mostly avoided. However - especially with Merope where her Narumi fixation is very prominent - the game has essentially set up Yuri ships in fear of creating straight ones, much in the same way many other series have such as Love Live.
And that’s really the end point of it, because Tomokofag is raging against the thought of being NTR-ed by Kotone, which the writing has inadvertently done to him.

The best way is Rin with 1 dupe and this fatty tank, the shielding slot 5. Slot 5 should ST buff Yusuke and then do the big AOE for some extra damage.

Rin with 1 dupe starts with her special thingy so you can immediately use skill 3. Skill 3's issue is that you don't get the buff for many hits, but in this team that works out perfect. Wonder shields with wind persona, fatty shields Yusuke, Yusuke prepares parry. He will hit all enemies for near double damage.
On the off turns, Rin uses the def down.

Like I can't be arsed to do the highest difficulty myself, nor do I care about how to maximize damage, and even like that Yusuke with his 4* weapon gets more than enough points.
Make sure you have his basic set that gives 50% crit damage on his counters + ice damage.
