send them on the 4th missions of the bottom level locations, craft whatever that gets you (pretty sure the resources there are higher but rotate) and sell that
later pick up shark (S) and rocket (S) boos to send to the other levels locations
don't always do the 4th mission though, you'll want to do of the 1st 3 to grab resources you don't have, to craft what you don't have, to turn it in at yam cha every 2 weeks. don't bother looking at what costs what, just click on the resource in the UI menu to see if you have any of it
the reason knight boos are best is they have a bonus at any stage

Miyabi is in this weird place where she is labeled as an anomaly but by absolutely all metrics she is an attacker, anomalies are like 10% of her damage output, she only needs a team that can trigger disorders semi-frequently to fill her stacks (or not even that if she's at M2 and above).
Yanagi works great with her because she can just automatically trigger disorders with her EX, but it's both kind of a waste of Yanagi (since she's an absurd DPS on her own) and of Miyabi (since she's a hyper carry and Yanagi doesn't provide any useful buffs). If you have to make two teams it's almost always better just to have Miyabi in one and Yanagi in the other.
