From what I gather you want Kafka to be fast on wind set with Before the Tutorial Mission Starts. More ults mean more FUAs mean more DoT procs mean more damage.
Enough EHR on BS to max her passive and get to the 3600 atk (Kafka's own passive helps with that since it turns EHR into ATK)
And same deal on Hysilens, the target is 3600atk for the planar, with respect to the EHR bonus from Kafka and such.
