That's Manabu. And the only things he has in common with Bastion is that his wife is a cat and he has a chemistry deck. While Bastion kept being ignored by everyone, Manabu had a strong start and an even stronger finish. He even became part of the core group while Yuamu was away. He's also one of the few characters who beat Zwijo. He's the chaddest.

Why can't Go Rush filler decks be as strong as Sevens filler decks?
The best I can think of is Jersey being somewhat playable because of animagica and Imaginary Reactor, but Chairs just stand on their own as a competent deck, and completely humiliated Chaos Galaxy in this video.
Why can't Kappa be a competent deck? I wanted it to be good.

Is it just me or is the game straight up unplayable in ranked rn? I got three disconnects in a row just now and can't play at all. The first time I thought the opponent was cheating, the second it happened right as I was about to in again and the third time it happened before anything even happened, with my opponent passing without summoning or setting anything and then disconnecting.
I actually like playing the game. It's annoying if every single time I try to do so it is interrupted.

Of course the majority of the decks are from the anime because the anime was still airing until recently and the whole point of the anime is to be a toy commercial. Nowadays, they've been printing a non-anime deck each set (usually the waifu one). But my point is precisely that the decks that aren't from the anime haven't been getting ported over to DL. There's no Excutie or Doomblaze, for example, whereas we already have Hero cards that came out last year.

Yeah, I'd love to have Yoshio, Menzaburo, Sorako, Mitsuko, and Chupataro as playable characters. It's such a waste that they went through the trouble of giving them so many voice lines and not only are they not playable, but they almost never even play the decks that they have those lines for, since outside of events, they play random NPC decks. Same for Max Brave from VRAINS. That's one of the only two characters in that show that I actually like and he's an NPC.

I think that both of them are overhyped. Heroes do have the benefit of at least looking more unique, since every single Cydra monster is a nearly identical metal snake with no personality. But Hero has way too many sub-groups and members and I get tired of seeing them pop up every few years with even more new support and members. And it also sucks that in DL they get so many modern tools while other decks don't even get to use their basic spells and traps. Like, yeah, just let Hero run 3 copies of their exclusive Graceful Charity and Miracle Fusion along with a search skill. Jointech? Eh. You can summon these two specific level 7 monsters with one less tribute. If you draw them, that is. You're welcome.
