Bladesingers don't "need" any dip. You have phalar aluve which synergizes with the rest of your toolkit extremely well. Ne'er misser gives you a free level 3 magic missile which gets additional damage proc with aluve from every single projectile. A paladin or sorcerer dip (or even 2 pala 4 shadow sorc) is very strong too, but pure bladesinger already covers all the bases.

I get you're having fun with a gimmick saying to kill everything and trying to be black and white about stuff but Wyll's backstory was carefully and intentionally written such that he remained good through the pact, and taking the pact was the good choice because his alignment prevented gim from seeing harm come to the city. He is a Good aligned warlock, and that's the point of his backstory.

If you do recognize Armor of Agathys or Arms of Hadar and ask him about it, he says he can't tell you about the pact but that he did for the right reasons and only kills devils, which is not a lie, and combined with his reputation would assuage most people's murder boner for warlocks. Depends on the universe. Since BG3 is epic fantasy, a lot of the characters scale towards the light end of the scale, even the villains, so it wouldn't take much to be considered evil. If you have a grimdark setting, then many characters are shades of grey and it's more a question of why you are doing it.

Eh, the issue is that Minthara isn't an origin companion and thus never on the same tier as Shadowheart or Astarion, who have loads of content and dialogue.
Whereas Wyll should technically stand on the same level as those.

Add to this that Wyll is literally the son of the duke who owns the city, he really has little to nothing going for him in Act 3.
Unless you kill Karlach, Wyll won't even get you past the guards in Rivington because they don't recognize Wyll with horns as the Duke's son.

There's an easy way of getting the sword immediately after the goblin fight near the druid grove
>ensure you have a featherfall, enhance leap and optionally an invisibility potion
>get into the village with goblins and attack the spider net in the craftsman house (the one to the right from the main entrance)
>proceed to the spider lair, split the characters, go alone
>jump over the spider net with enhance leap
>drink invisibility potion or just sneak past the spiders in turn based mode, should be easy
>in the area with a level 5 spider boss, jump into the chasm after casting featherfall
>you will fall all the way to underdark
>from there you can just run to the sword and pull it from the ground, then teleport back to the surface, or even run around early underdark, grabbing good items like a source of radiant orbs for Shadowheart via the armor in selune outpost
