Typically thinking is not a part of the context, and including it fucks things up. By default ST does this if the provider returns reasoning in a normal way. You can, however, include a preset at the lowest insertion level attempting to steer the thinking that will be generated right after it, but it's kind of touchy and each thinking model feels very particular. You can get as specific as you want, but it will fail sometimes. I like to include a general outline.

In terms of the field itself: frontier models are very instruct focused and smart about understanding requests from the user. There's no longer really a need to put words into the model's mouth to get the predictions to follow the examples, example dialogs as a field should die and the example dialogs should be in the defs instead.
