Well there wasn't that much to add, some of the event icons were added last patch but I updated the dump and rentry regardless. I still need to do the BF/town changes for it - apparently BF35 completion also drops random Origin keepsakes now.

Essentially, they drugged Petra and turned her into a weapon which Awakened her into well equipped teenage Petra. Then the Great Melfice kicked her ass and Swamp ran for the nearest Swamp. When Petra woke back up she went home, reverted to her regular unawakened appearance and forgot about Swamp. Regaining her memories allows her to swap into her Awakened form now. That's how I interpret it anyway.

My explanation would be that they justified the model swap by having her say she's wearing a new outfit. She only swaps into the actual new outfit once she's reawakened confronting Swamp. Essentially they wanted her to match the artwork (and for the artwork to be of Awakened Petra) and cheated by having her in the new model during the first half of the story even though it's actually supposed to be regular Petra wearing new clothes. Again, just my interpretation. I could be an idiot.
