Healing in general is a woman's job. Every static and FC I've been in, the women are either healer mains, and majority of the healers are women.
White mage>Sage>Scholar>Astrologian in that order. (5 sources)

If women are denied the healing spot, they will generally go caster, because casting is inherently feminine. Summoner>Pictomancer>Red Mage>Black Mage. (6 sources)

If a woman is forced onto a melee job, it's either Dragoon or Ninja. Rarely will a woman decide to use Monk, but it has happened.

Tanking is usually too scary for women but if they had to they'd almost always choose Paladin. Why? Because the shield protects them. (3 sources)
