legit can't get over how bad Ultimatum is in POE2, not only do you have to do the last version 4 times, once to get each fragment to access the boss, then again with the fragments, there's basically no way to get an edge at all when doing it. Even Lab in POE1 had a way to get an edge with Dark Shrines on every run. Sugmas trial is somewhat cheeseable with the merchant being a fairly consistent way to get power, though it's still trash as a full melee build if you don't have one shot power levels.

You guys still haven't explained how Act 4 can exist while also saying there won't be a Cruel difficulty this time around

it's not really a beta test desu, the content that's in it is complete but there's still at least 50% of the story content to add and a fair bit of endgame system refinement needed. you're effectively "testing" balance issues and in game systems which don't necessarily have the bugs and shit associated with beta releases. Either way you should wait until the stream in 2 and a half days time and watch the content reveal to either buy into the hype or be informed enough to know there's not enough content you'd be interested in trying out. I think there will be as a lot of people who have bought in already put 500 hours or so in trying stuff out

From all these hype activities, 0.3.0 might completely redefine gaming standards

I quit playing for now because of these reasons:

1. The GGG team quit providing meaningful updates, communication, and announcements.
2. The GGG team changed the game to a four month update cycle.
3. The GGG team has consistently failed to keep it's word.
4. Cash grab, much? It's as if extra crafting mats were created solely to sell stash tabs. And it just keeps getting worse.
5. Meaningful drop upgrades for characters is nearly non-existent, and lack of trade just makes it worse.

They wont listen to the feedback. They do their thing and hope lightning strikes twice. Best of luck!!

This is a fundamental misunderstanding of what's good about tactician pin. By default, pin is caused only by physical damage, and many skills convert to elemental damage making pin difficult or impossible to apply with them.
Being able to pin with any projectile damage is a huge boon the same way being able to freeze with any damage would be.

This is an absurd thing to say. A Solid Plan is one of the best value ascendancy nodes in the game, especially in this meta where you have so many powerful reservation abilities.
Watch How I Do It is very strong for ballista builds, and if you don't want to do ballista builds, you can just take Unleash Hell for utility or Polish That Gear for some ailment protection.
You should really do your research. There are loads of ballista and siege cascade tactician builds around, and there are also other more niche setups.

as a recent example you can look to the 3.26 expansion and the mercenaries of trarthus league that launched with it.
t16.5 maps, eagon memory strands and the crafting currencies are all available in standard right now. the mercenaries and their skill gems are a part of the league so they are exclusive to the league and not available in standard.

You can also throw them on items with suffixes/prefixes can't be changed to fish for a singular important veiled prefix or suffix.
