I was having schizophrenic thoughts last night about this perk
>Whenever you gain a hook state, this perk gains 5 tokens, up to 10 tokens. Whenever another survivor gains a hook state, this perk loses 2 tokens. For each token this perk has, while in a chase, you gain 1% Haste. This lingers for 3/4/5 seconds after leaving a chase.

the numbers are whatever but basically the perk punishes the killer for not spreading hooks, at least concerning you but especially if everyone ran the perk. if you ever get two hooked in a row, you will then gain so much haste the killer will spend the rest of the game chasing you if he chooses to. if the killer is involving you in a 'tunnel out two', then you'll have 3% Haste the next time he's on you. if he's spreading hooks, the perk will just give you 1% haste at best or 0 at worst. in fact the voices were telling me last night this should all be baseline.

only wesker is punished for missing consistently, because he almost always flies off significantly far. blight's miss normally happens right next to you, not really a 'punish' just a missed attack. he can then possibly outplay and m1 you with regular gameplay while he waits for his recharge. billy does not get punished enough for missing and can backrev too easily, he should revert to his old ways of longer chainsaw miss cooldowns and being immobilised after crashing, I say this all as a billy main. nurse can miss infinitely and be on you again in seconds. you can pallet stun her out of or between blinks, probably the most difficult stun in the game, and it does nothing for you.

It's the dogshit, left behind corpse of scamper that kills him and shows how lazy and careless Behavior is. It was mentioned earlier in the thread but after scampering, Chucky is forced to travel forward without a moment. All you have to do is stand to the left or right of the vault or pallet and Chucky literally can't hit you, or body block your return over the vault back to safety. It only has fringe uses. Chucky needs two major changes:
-Boost to 115% either while in Hidey-Ho or while not in Hidey-Ho. I'm not sure which makes more sense but one needs to happen. Maybe even just both.
-Scamper needs a change. Not back to how strong it was before, but something better than it is now with uses in every chase. I've suggested here before that after a scamper, he should emerge in Hidey Ho mode with all his remaining meter to use, so in other words performing a scamper cancels the Slice and Dice but keeping you in Hidey Ho mode, which opens options for Chucky while still giving the survivor time to do something.

Just my personal preferences with the maps and not really understanding why devs don't like stealth on the survivor side anymore, seemingly every perk got gutted in terms of that and maps are usually bright as shit. Also I just loved how the atmosphere was, especially with the comfy Ormond.

What I think the problem with stealth survivor is, is that most of them tend to be literal rats aka self caring claudettes so it's understandable that it got nerfed. On top of that, people abusing distortion + sprint burst which in itself is tough. However I used to love distortion and almost never played with exhaust perks because I preferred to get information and evade the killer whenever I could. Maybe they could rework distortion so that it recharges as you do generators or make it not work while exhausted while not causing exhausted just like Iron Will - I believe it would be a nice alternative to exhaust perks and make a completely different playstyle without being necessarily OP in chases (depending on your skill of course). I just fucking miss what that perk used to be.

Also for things to add, it's a niche thing but I think that when you queue as survivor you could instead be brought to the campfire and the log where they sit, so they have a sitting animation instead. All other survivors would disappear in the queue and as everyone else joins they would join the campfire. I just think it gives them more personality.

Yeah exactly, any killer who has more than one braincell knows how to play around flashlights. What I like to do is take lightborn and still look away to make survivors waste their time. Every single second counts and every second off generator is advantegous to the killer. Also everytime someone blinds you on a pallet they just lose the distance they could have otherwise made if they didn't slow themselves down by flashing a light on you, how you counter a pallet stun into flashlight is that you memorize how the terrain looks, where you should go and most importantly listen to their footsteps/cries. It's always a free hit. Then they go and complain that they lost and their team is shit and definitely not because flashlights are fucking shit. It's more impressive to take dead hard protection hits.

went up against a Skull Merchant and we did 3 gens before she can even get a single hook. However we ended up losing because the map was pretty open and there was no way for us to run safely away from gens without being scanned multiple times. felt like even though Skull Merchant played really poorly they were just able to take advantage of Nostromo .

I don't think Skull Merchant should be able to spam her power so freely and she shouldn't be able to put them so close to generators and hooks.

I think Skull Merchant's drones should go back to having 2 scan lines now that they no longer scan survivors staying still.

I don't really see the point in playing Skull Merchant. It takes so much effort to get survivors scanned 3 times and most survivors can do fine by ignoring drones. She feels like a watered down Singularity. I'm not a fan of killers whose power just forces a survivor off a tile .

Vergil's power would be being able to mori multiple survivors at once . Switching between weapons gives him access to different abilities. Consistently landing attacks builds up his Style. at SSS rank he can mori survivors
