Enemies inside the rift are frozen by his 2nd and 3rd ability so they cant move
His 4th ability can protect flare on Stage defence missions
He can revive allies while being completely immune to all forms of damage
Allies inside the rift will gain additional energy regen and also be completely immune to all forms of damage
Can easily pop in and out of the rift to quickly kill a bunch of enemies until your shields break, and then hop back into the rift to recover, then repeat

Corpus have a high fire rate, damage reduction won't matter for shit if you're getting constantly damaged a dozen times per second from beams in all directions. I think a pack of them on Fortuna were the first thing that killed me when I started the game. Crowd control, which is not Excal's strong suit, is the only way to deal with these situations besides evading like crazy.
Open world bounties can be a trap for new players, you may want to keep working through the star chart and getting more basic necessities (mods, frames, weapons) before you bother with them and their more specialised rewards.
You might put steel fiber on some other build in the far-off future, but for now make sure you don't take any mod past rank 8 or you'll go bankrupt for very little gain.

Basically, the game will only show so many directional icons at a time and Cascade has a shitload of icons on the screen.

You need to get good at reading the map and figuring out where extraction could be. Although, if another player goes to extraction first, they will create a fresh green icon that supersedes the other icons.

Good evening WFG, in an effort to be prepared for whatever grinding requirements I, Naramonchad, have decided to max out all the other focus schools.
So far, I've completed Madurai and Zenurik and my reviews are as follows.
Madurai feels smooth to use, but outside of Void Cascade specifically, the school is almost like an afterthought. At no point did I WANT to go to operator to shoot something, so it feels like my passives were wasted 90% of the time and my skills 99% of the time.

Zenurik, as a young man that never lets my builds go below 100% energy efficiency, it was a decent change having excess energy for simply existing. So in this way, it is much more functional than Madurai as it provides something of use but still pales to Naramon as it does not properly integrate Operator and Warframe play together.
