Genuinely why are there so many people here trying to tell others to stop playing Epoch and play Turtle? If you enjoy Turtle, play Turtle. If you enjoy Epoch, play Epoch. I've personally played Turtle so much that I'm just kind of done with it so I'm moving onto Epoch with my frens and I don't see why it has to be a direct competition, especially since the 2 servers' pops seem to be doing fine simultaneously.

Also, sa side note: the custom zones I played through, and it's not all of them as they keep shitting out new low level zones instead of endgame ones, are fucking terrible, the landscaping sucks and the level progression is fucked beyond belief. Instead of improving on vanilla they somehow manage to fuck it up even more. You get to complete around three quest, full of spelling mistakes, as they're written by Indians, and which require you to kill just enough mobs that you have to wait for multiple respawns even if you're completely alone in the zone, not an uncommon sight on Troondle despite their supposed 6 gorillion players, and everything beyond that is orange or red.
Also they really need to remove or remake the older custom content because it's a bad joke compared to the already low quality of the newer zones.
I won't comment on the overall quality of the instances because I've only run Crescent Grove, Hateforge Quarry and Gilneas City (Grove and Quarry fucking suck by the way) so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that the rest of the dungeons and raids are a bit more complex than tank and spank bosses with an endless amount of trash in-between.
That's why people are playing Epoch, because the custom stuff, what little there is as of now, is at least on par with vanilla in terms of quality.
