Conversely speaking, the later heroes like the french ones it sent would fare better due to that. Muramasa would have to start spending mana to use his skills and wouldn't have a damage boost. As seen in LB6, that still makes him a big deal since he could survive and recover wounds that would usually kill him, but he'd be more manageable since it isn't something instantaneous like the Dark Jesuit Sorcery'd servants from Shimousa.
Take Sanson for example: EMIYA has luck as low as E. It's doubtful he or Shirou could survive La Mort Espoir if gets casted. Muramasa should survive like he did, but would be neutered for some time.

Rolled and test Summer Shiki out. People were talking about her bad attack stat, but I think that's a minor issue. A real problem I've found is that she starts in Sun state. Most battles run 3 > 3 > 3 or > 3 > 3 > 1. By starting in Sun state, she's wasting a skill that you would need for later. And the assholes capped this by giving it a high CD. Even if you plugsuited in Koyanskaya (and why would you on arts dps?) for CD reduction and NP charge, it still wouldn't be enough for 3T. Which is not terrible, but for farming, it feels like a deliberate inconvenience. If she started in moon state, she'd be decent.

Usually, Takeuchi misses with Stage 3 when designing Servants, but in Olga's case, he missed with all of her stafes because he went overboard when creating them. They all feel like poorly conceived Stage 3s. I think he wanted to do something akin to Lilith or Melt, but he missed that their designs mostly worked because they are simple and have pleasing color schemes.
