I actually find it very suspecious that I constantly go against teams who will not die, even when im flanking, positioning and using abilities to instadelete them (their healers are playing perfectly) and I rarely get the same experience on my own team.
Today I had a dagger who kept going cloak more than they should and everyone was complaining and asking for heals

This game needs to nerf healing into the ground. Healers just have this game in a stranglehold. You are literally just not allowed to play the game unless you have 2 healers who aren't asleep at the wheel, which is a big fucking ask because I've been paired up with Lunas that I have out-healed on Ultron. Then when you have competent healers it spoils the DPS who is just standing with brick feet in the middle of the main lane into thinking that they're playing normally or even well, so then when you're ""only"" able to ran 500 healing down their throat over the course of 1.5 seconds as Adam and they die, they flip out at you about it. Ultron's heal is deceptively good in fights because of the huge aoe of constant healing.

To put it into perspective, everyone in the aoe is healed more than Mantis healing over time effect. So smaller hits are instantly healed up on everyone in the aoe, which allows the other healer to focus on healing the one taking the most damage.
If things get bad you just move the drone to someone being focused and pop the shield.

M1's tricky though because it has a lot of problems. His bombard is so broken that it's probably the only primary source of damage in the game that can be removed today and few would take notice - rocket mains included.
