EoR has some cool things but also frustrating fights for a beginner trying to rush story. I don't remember many Avengers bosses except Salieri. If you're having trouble you can dip into SERAPH to pick up BB otherwise a Berserker should work.

You'll miss some of antagonist interactions and Musashi in Shimousa but you might be able to read things on Atlas while your AP and Command Spells regenerate.
