It's basically what I used making my webms, people 2 threads ago were complaining about not knowing how to make webms, so I open sourced what I used and gave it a UI

seconding handbrake it is how I make all of my webums and i dont even configure anything i just drag and drop and press vp9 & webm then let it rip and it usually figures it out on it's own

like this webm is 14 seconds long and 1.2mb while looking pretty decent, when i used webm for retards it was always a constant fight to get shit under the 4mb even if only 5 seconds long

What I'd do with sniper is make it so that shots with less than 50% charge have falloff on non-headshots at long range, and shots with 100% charge have a tracer for all rifles. This would keep the class the same pretty much for players who are doing nothing wrong, but punish the players who only detract from pubs.

The idle bots have been a thing for months. They seemingly haven't figured out how to properly fuck up matchmaking because I've only seen them come in to occupy a recently stomped and disbanding server. I understand why people talk about player expression; TF2 sandbox is one of the best of its kind. All other hero shooters are either balanced to remove expressive parts of the game or are quasi-symmetrical crap. TF2's balance problem is that they didn't design the maps for the characters' wacky abilities, plus the game has Source Engine jank. TF2 needs a sequel where they work on the game on top of the sandbox. You'll have the competitive parts and the “casual” side. Even cod kind of understood this with the side modes, I remember, they even came with freerun maps in BO3. It would be cool to have official surf servers.
