I just hit level 25 on my druid and I'd like to give my review. Epoch is amazing. The client does make all the difference and the custom content is decent to good. Really enjoyed the Deadmines and WC reworks. Got the Auberdine rep gear up to exalted, it's very useful. Can't wait to see the other reputation items. No, it's not Turtle level. But the gameplay is so much more enjoyable on the Wrath client. The only drawbacks I see are that there is some latency with casting spells as an NA player, and the bottlenecks for escort quests are really, really bad. But I haven't had this much fun since Wrath Classic.
